Say what I want and not be afraid
I want to move my body the way it was made
I want to lay my eyes and be hypnotized
By the wind, by the sky
I want to feel my skin gently bathed in the rain
Dried by the air just to feel insane
I don’t want to be within the norm
I don’t want to take someone else’s form
I don’t want to live a life full of lies and compromise
My inner core that leads me To the shore
Unrecognizable from here
Journey within is so long and so near
I feel the pulse of my own voice rise
It roars and bellows
As my body mellows in the rhythm of myself
And new life is born from the old one.

What is a life story? If nouns describe people and objects and places, and verbs describe our actions, our choices, then adjectives describe the rainbow of feelings we have about all that we experience. Can we simplify a life story to the compilation of words on a page? Or is it something beyond? Something magnificently bigger?
I feel that to get close to a life story we have to get quiet within ourselves, to calm the voices in our head that want to label us and box us in. We have to feel the emotions in complete stillness of our own discomfort. We have to listen to music without words to bring us to the only voice that matters, our spirit.
There are many ways to this voice, to this place of stillness and quiet. I am here to explore openly with a genuine curiosity all the ways that help us reach our spirit. As I believe that only from this place, a genuine vibrant life story can be created.
